Through recycling and efficient material cycles, supported by our state-of-the-art hybrid furnace for COâ‚‚ and energy savings, we are underlining our pioneering role and consistently pursuing our corporate strategy for sustainable and COâ‚‚-free production by 2030.

Revolutionary sustainability in aluminum processing: Z.P.E. system

The introduction of the Z.P.E. (Zero Pollution Energy) system marks a milestone in the sustainability of aluminum extrusion. The magnetic field heats the aluminum billet efficiently and with minimal energy consumption. In addition, the billet can be precisely tempered over its entire length to ensure a uniform temperature during the extrusion process. With an impressive energy efficiency of over 82% and a 50% reduction in COâ‚‚ emissions compared to conventional systems, the Z.P.E. system not only offers significant energy savings, but also makes a considerable contribution to environmental protection.

We rely on renewable energy and are taking the green path to a sustainable future. We effectively use the unused space on our large roofs to feed this sustainably generated electricity into our system. This can cover the entire office and production areas.

Our mission is to create a closed material cycle for aluminum based on sustainability and environmental protection. By recycling and reusing aluminum, we can conserve valuable resources and reduce the environmental impact. Thanks to state-of-the-art melting processes, the cycle is closed so that the valuable material can be used again and again in new products.
