Your responsibilities as a Plant Operator
Setting up individual production machines in various press lines in the Press Shop department
Operating the press lines in line with productivity and quality targets
Supporting the optimization of equipment productivity
Carrying out quality inspections on products
Performing basic maintenance and cleaning tasks
Ensuring the smooth operation of a complex press line after successful onboarding
Possible further qualification to Shift Supervisor
Your responsibilities as a Machine Operator
Loading set-up manual and automated machines and systems (sawing, punching, bending, CNC, etc.)
Carrying out assembly work
Cleaning and packing components
Machine and manual deburring of components
Dimensional checks with handheld measuring tools according to specifications, incl. documentation
Carrying out visual inspections
Your Profile
Completed vocational training in the metalworking sector
Professional experience is an advantage; career changers are welcome
Manual dexterity and technical understanding required
Willingness to work shifts and overtime (3- and 4-shift system)
Structured, systematic and quality-conscious working style
Good German language skills, spoken and written
Goal-oriented, considered action to meet requirements
