At Richter Aluminium, we rely on advanced, fully automated press technologies to ensure the highest quality and efficiency in aluminum extrusion. Our production is characterized by precise control of profile geometry, excellent surface quality, and strict adherence to defined tolerances. With two state-of-the-art extrusion lines—an 8-inch press for fine profiles up to 250 mm wide and a powerful 10-inch press for large profiles up to 400 mm wide—we meet a wide range of customer requirements. Both systems enable the production of profiles up to 14 meters in length and are tailored for economical production volumes. Furthermore, through our collaboration with sister companies in the Salmuth Group, we offer expanded capacities for demanding aluminum extrusion and surface finishing projects.

Our manufacturing expertise at Richter Aluminium is characterized by a diverse range of dimensions and aluminum alloys to meet a wide variety of customer requirements. We offer profiles with widths up to 460 mm, heights up to 200 mm, and diameters up to 90 mm, suitable for various applications.
