Revolutionary sustainability in aluminum processing: Z.P.E. system<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

The introduction of the Z.P.E. (Zero Pollution Energy) system marks a milestone in the sustainability of aluminum extrusion. The magnetic field heats the aluminum billet efficiently and with minimal energy consumption. In addition, the billet can be precisely tempered over its entire length to ensure a uniform temperature during the extrusion process. With an impressive energy efficiency of over 82% and a 50% reduction in CO\u2082 emissions compared to conventional systems, the Z.P.E. system not only offers significant energy savings, but also makes a considerable contribution to environmental protection. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
